Master your mind-body connection through tailored personal training.
My mission is to help you achieve peak physical condition, no matter what life throws at you.
It is really, really, hard to take care of yourself while the weight of the world rests on your shoulders.
My approach to personal training expertly combines science-backed weight training with psychology-backed self care.
Working out should be fun... so why isn't it?
For so long, you've dragged yourself to the same workout class, gone to the same gym, done the same uncomfortable exercises, and wished upon a star that what you are doing is "enough."
But what about fun?!?!
Over my years as a trainer, I have become an expert at breaking really hard things down into baby steps so you actually feel excited to do hard things. By meeting my clients where they are at, I allow them ample space to explore the fun side of movement. I give people the opportunity to turn off their brain and just play.
Plus, I'm funny.

It's All Connected
Exercise
Whether you're in the best shape of your life or you've just been cleared by your doctor to exercise, I will guide you through your body's most optimal strength training routine. If you are injured in any way, I will make sure to teach you movements that allow you to recover.
Sleep
Good sleep is necessary for all body functions to operate properly. I will support you in reforming your sleep routine so that you can make the most of your workout recovery.
Stress
The way you treat your mind has a huge impact on our physical health. Through my unique blend of mindfulness coaching, practical stress reduction tips, and guided sound bowl meditations, I will help you become the most blissed out version of yourself.
Diet
In an age of misinformation and ultra-processed food, it's hard to know how to make the right decisions around food. With my support, you will begin to heal your relationship with food and become a more intentional consumer.
What Comes Next

My Story
I was never one of the sporty kids.
...But I always wanted to be.
At age seventeen I decided to take life into my own hands and get healthy. I started to incorporate movement into my life and repair my relationship with food. I also sought out treatment for a handful of health issues that had gone undiagnosed for years.
In my undergrad, I worked directly with physical and occupational therapists, and spent a few years post-college in the psychology field. I loved helping people, but I wanted a more active career. That's when IntraPersonal Training was born.
I have learned so much about how differently one body works from another, and that allows me to approach every new person I meet with a healthy curiosity.
My whole world opened up when I looked beyond the "perfect" bodies I saw on social media and followed my own path. I can't wait to show you how to do the same.
